The Hillel Yaffe Economy Unit coordinates a wide range of economical and other activities:

Annual over-all budget planning for the Medical Center and follow-up after implementation

Quarterly reporting on statistical data, budget-implementation output and salary data, data analyzing of various statistics together with the use of the Ministry of Health’s data systems.
These data are processed into dynamic displays, which provide the main doorway for obtaining perspective of the medical center.
